In 1994, he graduated from the 1st Medical faculty of the Charles University in Prague where he later received an attestation in urology. He works at an urological clinic at the Vinohradská faculty hospital, at the 1st Medical faculty of the Chares University as a head of medical care department, and in a private clinical center TH clinic in Prague. He is a specialist in the field of andrology, reproductive medicine, urinary disorders, uro-onkological surgery and other surgical treatments.
His doctoral thesis was focused on pelvic pain, its diagnosis and treatment. He passed the European exam in urology (FEBU) and sexology (FECSM). He has attended a specialized course in penile implants AMS and Coloplast. He is an author of many professional textbooks (including andrological topics), written many chapter in scholar books or professional articles. He is also a solver and co-researcher of several research grants.

He works as a head of education at the urological clinic of the 3rd faculty hospital, Charles University in Prague, faculty hospital Královské Vinohrady. He also works as a consultant of male infertility in IVF centers. He completed Louisville training in microsurgery, and attended a specialized course in penile implants AMS and Coloplast.
